In this session, we’re going to start getting our wheels off the ground! Along with learning how to perform wheel lifts, we’ll dive into which lifts are best for different situations and how they can progress into more advanced riding maneuvers.
We’ll cover:
Standing Front Wheel Lifts to Bump Jumps
Rear Wheel Lifts
Pedal Wheel Lifts
Level Wheel Lifts
If we have time after thoroughly mastering the lifts above and practicing them with obstacles at various speeds, we’ll tackle more advanced wheel lifts, such as endo’s, bunny hops and manuals/womanuals.
